We used Silverstream Land to dispose of our 7 acre Metal Waste Recycling plant. They provided a dual exit strategy linked to the current use whilst in parallel with their partner ET Planning applying to change the use of the site to B8 open storage and distribution. The consent was successfully obtained and maximum value for the site achieved with multiple offers. James and the team also secured the backing and support of the local parish and handled a boundary dispute as part of the sale process seamlessly.

I used Silverstream to dispose of my 15 acre commercial site - Old Billingbear Brickworks. They managed the whole sale process, including management of all the tenants and legals affairs. It was a complex transaction with issues over a ransom strip/title deed that James and the team swiftly resolved.
